Catherine Obwogo

Hope for Tomorrow chairman Outi Välimaa and a few other founding members met Ugandan-born Catherine Obwogo on a trip to Mombasa in 2002. Catherine is the Assistant Dean of the Redeemed Gospel Church's School of Ministry, which is part of the Jesus Celebration Centre headed by Pastor Wilfred Lai. She also travels preaching at congregations in Mombasa and the Coast Province of Kenya. God has especially placed on her heart a burden to reach out to the less fortunate and orphans with the love of God.

We have had the joy of inviting Catherine to Finland. During these visits she has traveled around Finland preaching and spreading word of the HIV/AIDS situation in Kenya and of the activities of which Hope for Tomorrow is conducting in Kenya.
