Mikko in Mombasa
May 28, 2005
Graduation Ceremony JCC
School of Ministry, Bamburi tent
I took the night bus from
Nairobi to Mombasa. Orientation week at Daystar
was a chance to meet the new students. Lectures
have begun; DEV 310 Urban Sociology and Durable
Development, and MAK 421 International Marketing
are on the daily curriculum for the next period
of five weeks.
Heikki & Maria, and Mrs.
Kiguru, with whose family I've been living since
December, graduated after a year of studies and
were ordained into ministry for the kingdom of
God.
Tomorrow I will meet Maureen
and will get from her the herb soap I ordered.
Perhaps the market at the university will be favorable
for our support group's product. At the same time
I'll probably ask how Camp David is doing.
